CNC Milling Process
CNC mills are computer-controlled cutting mills that help to translate engineering drawings into the physical world. While there are a variety of different sizes and configurations to choose from, all CNC mills work the same way. They are guided by software that is translated into G-code which guides the tool to make the part. The code tells the mill exactly where to move, how fast to go, and how deep to cut, which is what enables us to create high precision parts with tight tolerances.
